Our Response Process


Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review your notice within 2-5 business days
  2. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  3. Notify the user responsible for posting the content about the removal
  4. Provide them with a copy of your takedown notice
  5. Give them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if applicable

Counter-Notification


If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your full name, address, and phone number
  2. The URL of the content that was removed and description of the material
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area (or where Petnicki is located if you’re outside the U.S.)
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next:


After receiving a valid counter-notification:

  • We will forward it to the original complainant within 2-3 business days
  • If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content
  • Restoration is at our discretion

Repeat Infringers


We reserve the right to terminate user access for repeated copyright violations or misuse of our website content. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts permanently suspended.

False Claims Warning


Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please ensure all information you provide is accurate.
